Tips for planning your Asia-Pacific fintech events in 2027

  • Build a November Asia trip. Hong Kong FinTech Week, the Singapore FinTech Festival and Korea Fintech Week are all expected in November, and FinNext Singapore is on 24 November, so one trip can cover several markets.
  • Plan September carefully. Intersekt, Sibos and FEKDI x IFSE are all expected in September, and Global Fintech Fest often is too, so check dates before committing.
  • Meet the regulators. Many of the region’s biggest events are run or backed by financial regulators, which makes them ideal for licensing and market-entry conversations.
  • Respect local languages. Some sessions in Japan, Korea and Indonesia are in the local language, so check the programme and arrange interpretation if needed.
