These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of finnextcon.com and to any registration, pass or participation in FinNext Conference events. FinNext Conference is organised by Internetshine Technologies Private Limited (“FinNext”, “we”, “us”). By using the website or registering, you agree to these terms.
1. Registration and passes
- A registration is confirmed only once full payment has been received and a confirmation email has been sent.
- Each pass admits one named person to one edition (Dubai, London or Singapore) and cannot be shared.
- Startup, investor and media passes are subject to eligibility checks. We may cancel a registration that does not meet the criteria and refund the amount paid.
- We may refuse or cancel a registration at our discretion, in which case we will refund the amount paid.
- Registrations made with false or misleading information may be cancelled without refund.
2. Prices and payment
Prices are shown at checkout and include or exclude applicable taxes as stated there. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Your bank may charge currency conversion or card fees, which we do not control.
3. Cancellations, substitutions and refunds
Cancellations, name changes and transfers are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
4. Programme changes
Speakers, sessions, timings and venues may change for reasons outside our control. We will publish changes on the website and inform registered attendees of significant ones. Programme changes do not entitle you to a refund.
5. Postponement, cancellation and force majeure
If we cancel an edition, we will refund the pass price you paid. If we postpone an edition, change its city or move it online, the options in our Refund Policy apply. We are not liable for travel, accommodation, visa or other costs you incur, so we recommend travel insurance. We are not responsible for failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, public-health measures, government action, strikes or security threats.
6. Conduct at our events
FinNext is a professional environment. Harassment, discrimination, disruptive behaviour or unauthorised selling are not tolerated. We may remove anyone who breaches these rules or venue rules, without refund. You may need to show photo identification at check-in.
7. Photography and recording
By attending, you acknowledge that FinNext events are photographed and filmed and that you may appear in images used to promote FinNext, as described in our Privacy Policy. You may not record sessions for commercial purposes without our written permission.
8. FinNext Awards
- Information submitted in a nomination must be accurate and may be verified.
- Judging decisions are final. We may disqualify entries that breach these terms or the published rules.
- Finalists’ and winners’ names, organisations and logos may be published.
- Winners may use the FinNext Awards name and logo only for the category and year they won, in line with our guidelines.
9. Sponsors and exhibitors
Sponsorship and exhibition packages are governed by separate written agreements, which take precedence over these terms where they differ.
10. Intellectual property
The FinNext name, logos, website content and event materials belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or use them commercially without our written permission.
11. Use of the website
You must not misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, or scrape content or attendee information.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of profit, business or opportunity. Our total liability to you in connection with an edition is limited to the amount you paid for your pass. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.
13. Privacy
We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Gautam Buddh Nagar (Noida), Uttar Pradesh, have exclusive jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have in the country where you live.
